Liza Jager

Founder & President

Liza is a Partner at RHR International where she delivers transformation and innovation through executive coaching, organizational consulting and leadership assessment. She is expert in global leadership development and in learning and organizational change. Liza holds an MS in Learning & Organizational Change as well as a Leadership & Organizational Coaching Certificate from Northwestern University.  She has received a BA from Federal University of Ouro Preto, Brazil. She is a proud mother of two boys, one of whom is blind. When not advocating for a better world, Liza can be found playing music and traveling with her children. 

Nelly Gamino

Nelly holds an accounting degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and works at Advanced Group, as Director of Accounting Operations. Nelly has two boys, Nick (17) and Alex (15) who is visually impaired. Since the birth of her younger son, Nelly has volunteered many hours at two major organizations:  International Children’s Anophthalmia/Microphthalmia Network , where she served as VP and liaison for the Spanish community, and National Federation of the Blind where in 2015 she was presented with a Distinguished Service Award, for her work with parents of blind children and the Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning program.

Alana Rybak

Alana holds a degree in Business & Economics: Finance from North Park University and works at Chicago Shakespeare Theater as the Assistant Director of Finance.  Alana is a mother of two, one of who is legally blind, and is dedicated to working with the Chicagoland community to enhance the lives of visually impaired children and their families. 

Andrew Jager

Co-founder & Secretary

Andrew is a Researcher in the Ethics Group at the American Medical Association, where he explores issues related to work motivation, well-being, identity and performance through survey research and quantitative methods. Andrew holds an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA from Beloit College. Andrew is a father of two as well as an avid cyclist, gardener, amateur chef, language enthusiast and writer.
